2012 Event Details

Entries open on the 3rd December for the 34th Saunders Lakeland Mountain Marathon which will be held over the weekend of the 7th / 8th July 2012. As with previous years we will be using the SiEntries online entries system for all entries. Using this system will reduce our workload and will allow you as competitors to get immediate acknowledgment that your entry has been accepted. This system will also allow you to amend your entry should it be necessary to do so before the event.

The entry fee for the 2012 event is £42.00 per competitor; i.e. £84.00 for a team of 2.

It is now traditional that we give you the opportunity to order commemorative tee shirts. These will be supplied with the logo, venue and year of the event and can be pre-ordered with your entry at the cost of £8 each. Tee shirts will not be posted out in advance but can be collected at race registration. If we have any spare tee shirts these will be made available at the event on a first-come / first-served basis for £10 each.

Expenses commence to be incurred on your behalf, at the beginning of the year. Full refunds - less the administration fee, will be remitted to applications for refunds received up to 8 weeks before the event. Half refunds will be remitted against applications received one month before the event; thereafter there will be no refunds. All refunds will be subject to a deduction of £4.50 per person to cover administration cost.
